Our story
Founded in 1985, Cooperative Home Care Associates (CHCA) is a licensed home care agency that provides high-quality, reliable services to people who are elderly, chronically ill, or living with disabilities.
With offices located in Brooklyn and The Bronx, CHCA serves clients across the New York Metropolitan area.

Our cooperative is incorporated in The Bronx with 12 home health aids as our founding members
